My favorite holiday was a Christmas before I was married. My parents acknowledged the fact that I was grown by giving me a fake fur coat. It was beautiful, and it was soft. My grandmother, who was blind, chose the coat her hands said was the softest. That was the best Christmas

That’s a wonderful memory. Knowing your grandmother chose the coat must have given the gift more significance. I would forever cherish it!!
